We provide the site on an “AS IS” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for the actions, content, information or data of third parties. You release us, our directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors from any and all claims and damages, both known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with any claim you have against such third parties. We will not be liable to you for any lost profits or other consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this Site or services incorporated herein or on the extended network, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

I. Membership Registration
In order to register as a WWE Presales subscriber you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.

II. Disclaimer

WWE Presales does not guarantee any information provided on this site to be true or updated in a timely manor (though we do our best). We assume no responsibility or liability for any content or information posted on this site. WWE Presales does not promise or guarantee you will be able to obtain information regarding ANY event. Your membership does not guarantee that you will get tickets to events listed on our site and does not guarantee that you will achieve a certain result from its use. The information on this site is presented in an “as-is” fashion.

We cannot guarantee specific events or a certain amount of events to be listed at any given time. Our passwords are posted as we receive them, so there may be some passwords that are not available when you sign-up. NO REFUNDS will be given on the basis of site content and membership fees will not be prorated when an account is deactivated.

III. Billing
WWE memberships labeled as ‘GOLD’, are automatically renewed each YEAR unless the account is canceled by the member. Members will be notified in advance of any changes in membership fees or billing policies. WWE Presales memberships labeled as BUY NOW will be active for specific event the password was purchased for. No refunds will be given if the password being sought is not listed on our site. Each ‘GOLD’ account is renewed between one to two days prior to expiration as to avoid any lapses in service due to transaction difficulties. Memberships that are terminated or suspended due to violation of these terms of use will NOT be refunded or pro-rated.

Members who wish to cancel their membership should do so by using their PayPal account. All recurring memberships will stay active until this setting is changed.

IV. Member Communication
WWE Presales is not liable for the information found in the comments section of each post or in the Member Only Forum. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or “post”. WWE Presales may for any reason ban or restrict members from use of the forum or comments section. We assume no responsibility or liability for any communication by members of the site.

V. Account Usage
WWE Presales wants to insure fair usage of our site for all our registered paying members. In order to maintain fair usage, we log all IP addresses and can use this to authenticate site usage by our members. If we find discrepancies in our logs, we will not hesitate to take disciplinary action to any account in question. In other words, DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT LOGIN! No refunds will be given if members are found to be sharing account information.
